Automation & AI

Work moves.
You decide.

Connect the repeatable work. Give AI a defined role. Keep the decisions that matter in human hands.

Follow the workflow

Forms · Documents · Communications · Business tools

One document.
The whole journey.

Follow an illustrative service request. The scene advances with your scroll; each step explains what happens and why.

Receive

First, keep
the original.

A form submission, an incoming document or a scheduled event starts the workflow. Save it before any processing begins.

Capture the source, received time and event identifier. Validate required inputs and recognize repeated events before they create duplicate work.

Original saved · Processing pending

Understand

Give information
a useful shape.

AI can extract fields, classify a request, summarize a document or draft a response from defined sources.

Check the structure and meaning of the result. A missing address stays missing—it is routed for review, never filled with a guess.

Fields extracted · One detail needs review

Review

Know when
to pause.

When information is incomplete or an action needs judgment, the workflow stops at an explicit review point.

A reviewer checks the original, supplies the missing detail and authorizes the next action. Permissions stay limited to the task.

Held for review · No external action yet

Complete

Close the loop.
Keep the trail.

After review, approved information updates the intended record. The original document, decision and outcome remain connected.

Track each action separately. A saved record is not the same as a delivered notification. Failed delivery remains visible and recoverable.

Record updated · Notification tracked separately

A useful role
for every tool.

Use automation for defined actions, AI for interpreting information, and people for the judgment the workflow requires.

Connect

Forms, records, approvals and scheduled tasks across supported systems. Clear triggers, validated inputs and recorded states.

Repeatable actions

Interpret

Search internal knowledge, extract document fields, classify requests and assist with drafts. Define sources and check outputs.

Bounded AI assistance

Communicate

Reminders, follow-ups and notifications with appropriate consent and communication rules. Save the message before external delivery.

Visible delivery status

Controls & recovery

A failure.
Not a dead end.

Pause at the failed step, keep completed work intact, and retry only what needs another attempt. A repeated event must not repeat a completed action.

Scoped access
Give each connection only the permissions it needs. Keep untrusted document content separate from workflow instructions.
A traceable run
Record inputs, decisions, attempts and outcomes so someone can explain what happened and resume safely.

Only notification delivery is pending. Retrying does not create another business record.

Start with
one useful flow.

Map the recurring work, connect the required systems, and evaluate real examples—including exceptions—before expanding.

What the work delivers

Workflow map
Triggers, inputs, actions, review points and failure paths.
Connected implementation
Validated actions, state tracking, authorized connections and controlled access.
Operating instructions
How to review output, pause execution and recover an incomplete run.

Before it runs.

Should AI output be accepted automatically?+

It depends on the task. Validate generated output against defined requirements. Use human review where it could change important records, communicate externally or affect consequential decisions.

What happens if an event arrives twice?+

Recognize the repeated event identifier, inspect its recorded state and avoid repeating completed actions. Retry policies define which failed steps may run again and when to escalate.

What do trigger, review and retry mean?+

A trigger starts the workflow. Human review is a checkpoint before an action proceeds. A retry policy defines when and how a failed step can be attempted again.
