These terms explain the use of Codalta’s informational website and interactive examples. A proposal or service agreement defines any work you engage Codalta to perform.
Information and project inquiries
Service descriptions and examples explain possible approaches. They do not establish a project’s scope, price, delivery date or support commitment. Sending an inquiry starts a discussion and does not require payment. Any paid work, deliverables and schedule must be agreed separately.
Illustrative demonstrations
Portfolio and service demonstrations may contain fictional people, records, balances, dates, operational statuses or sample metrics. Those details demonstrate functionality and are not measured client outcomes or live system information. Demo actions run locally and do not authorize work on a real client system.
Content and client work
Codalta’s site content and design are presented for learning about its services. Client names, marks and project references remain associated with their respective owners. Displaying a project does not transfer ownership of that project or grant access to its production systems. Contact Codalta before reproducing materials beyond uses permitted by applicable law.
Responsible use
Use the site and inquiry form for legitimate communications. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service or send abusive or unlawful content. Security reviews or testing of another system require a separately agreed scope and authorization.
External services and availability
External websites, app stores and client portals may have their own terms. Information and demonstrations can change as the website develops. For current availability, suitability or a specific commitment, contact Codalta and obtain the relevant project details in writing.
