AI Office

The office that never clocks out.

We build AI agents that process orders, track issues, assign tasks and write reports for your business, day and night. They learn from mistakes, corrections and rejected actions to improve future work. You stay in charge of anything that matters.

What we build

Your office, shaped around your work.

Every AI office is designed for one business. We map the work your team repeats every week and give each part of it to an agent with a clear job.

Agents that learn from your feedback

Each agent has a clear job, such as order intake, ticket sorting or the weekly report. It retains your corrections and the reasons you reject an action, then applies that feedback to future work to reduce repeated mistakes and follow your business’s rules and preferences.

Connected to your tools

Agents work inside the systems you already use: your shop, inbox, calendar, spreadsheets, accounting and CRM, through authorized connections.

Approval rules you set

You decide what needs a person. Refunds above a limit, messages to your whole customer list or anything unclear wait for your OK.

A live office view

See who is working on what, read the activity log and approve requests from one screen, on desktop or phone.

Reports without the busywork

Agents collect the numbers, compare them with last week and send a written summary on the schedule you choose.

Care after launch

We monitor runs, adjust instructions as your business changes and add agents when you are ready for more.

How a request moves

From inbox to report without a single copy-paste.

  1. Intake

Orders, emails and form requests land in one queue. Intake agents read each one within seconds of it arriving.

  2. Triage

Agents check the details, sort by urgency and open an order record or a ticket with everything attached.

  3. Do the work

Labels get printed, invoices sent, replies written and tasks assigned to a named person with a deadline.

  4. Report

Every finished job feeds the numbers, and the weekly report arrives on your schedule.

You approve what matters

Refunds over a limit you choose, campaigns sent to your customer list and anything the agents are unsure about wait for a manager. Each request comes with a one-line summary, so approving takes seconds. If you decline an action or correct the result, that feedback helps the agents improve future work. Your approval rules stay in place.

Before it runs.

Can agents learn from mistakes or rejected actions?

Yes. They retain feedback from mistakes, corrections and actions you decline, then use those lessons to improve future decisions, reduce repeated errors and better follow your business’s preferences and rules. Learning does not remove manager approval requirements: you still decide what can proceed.

Do the agents replace my team?

No. They take over repeatable work such as sorting, copying, checking and drafting, so your team spends time on customers and decisions. You choose which tasks move to agents.

What happens when an agent is unsure?

It stops and asks. Anything outside its instructions, or above a limit you set, goes to a person with a short summary and the source attached.

Which tools can it connect to?

Most business tools with an API or email access: web shops, inboxes, calendars, spreadsheets, accounting, help desks and CRMs. We confirm each connection during scoping.

How is it priced?

Scope is evaluated per project, based on the number of agents, the tools they connect to and the approval rules. Submitting a request does not require payment.
